Founder & Attorney
David Itkin practices at the intersection of law and strategy — advising founders, business owners, and individuals on the contracts, structures, and disputes that shape their future. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California. Before founding Itkin Law, David built his litigation foundation at Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP, a Los Angeles civil litigation firm, where he saw firsthand how disputes are actually won: preparation, precision, and paper that holds up.
David's practice spans commercial contracts, corporate governance, business and civil litigation, and debt recovery and defense — a deliberately integrated skill set, because real clients don't experience legal problems one practice area at a time. He pairs traditional counsel with modern, technology-driven workflows, which is how a focused practice delivers big-firm output at a fraction of the overhead.
